Mr. Todd B. Ringler CPA, CVA, MST

Mr. Ringler is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst with his Master’s in Taxation. He has over 15 years experience in “Big 4”, mid tier and small public accounting firms, servicing international, middle market and entrepreneurial entities and their owners.

A former Executive Chef and successful owner operator of a 120 seat restaurant he is in his second career. His experience includes business appraisal and valuation work for sales, purchases, mergers & acquisitions, estate & gift planning, life insurance adequacy and litigation support engagements. Additionally, Mr. Ringler is expert in Profitability Consulting, utilizing his knowledge and experience in business, valuation methodology and operational analysis to assist business owners in comprehensive business analysis and planning, focusing on bottom line improvement.

He is a qualified expert in Accounting & Appraisal work under the State of New York Unified Court System, Article 36 Office of Court Administration.

A former national tax instructor for Ernst & Young, LLP specializing in corporate consolidated groups and the application of FASB 109, Accounting for Income Taxes for service, wholesale, retail, entertainment and manufacturing entities, both publicly and closely held, Mr. Ringler continues to provide services to publicly traded companies.

Mr. Ringler is currently the President of Ringler & Associates CPA’s, P.C. located in Great River, NY. His practice utilizes his business appraisal and operational management experience in transaction based consulting to provide value services that improve both the income and quality of life of his clients, both publicly and closely held.
